REPLACEMENT POLICY

Customer must return the gem stone with all objects that accompanied the gem stone like its certificate, invoicing, packing, documentation, discount coupons, etc. to avail buyback facility.

The buyback policy is only applicable for the gem stone purchased from ratnabhandar.com.

We buyback only loose gem stones (Studded gems stone must be removed from the jewellery).

Gems stone must remain in the same condition as and when sold. Any scratches or damages would attract reduction in buyback percentage at the sole discretion of ratnabhandar.com.

Actual or net value will be calculated on value of gems stone excluding other additional charges such as VAT, payment gateway processing fee and certification charges etc. (Note: Payment gateway charges are not applied on cash on delivery)

Water borne and Organic gemstone like Pearl (Moti), red/white Coral (Moonga), Rudraksha etc. do not come under any kind of replacement and buyback policy.

In case of treated and glass filled gems, we are not responsible for any damage or scratches.

After packing in a duly signed tampered package supplied by us, carefully pack the tampered packing in a box like our packing or in packing’s in which you receive the gemstone as not seen from outside (view the video of packing method) and send it only through a reputed courier with insurance for the package and take the courier tracking number and share it with us. In-case of transit loss or damage, ratnabhandar.com is not liable.
10) Once the return is confirmed at the call centre, ratnabhandar.com’s temper proof packaging pouch (which you get with the original packing at the time of purchase), has to be used for sealing the gemstone and signing on it with the product detail. The sealed pouch has to be packed in front of the courier agent.

Shipping charges under buy back & replacement policy shall be borne by the customer.

The refund policy is void if there are visible signs of broken or change.
14) In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product as fixed by our experts.
15) The company reserves the right to change the exchange amount of the product based on the quality inspection.
16) In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the returned gemstone to the lab for recertification. The shipping & recertification cost shall be borne by the customer.

Cash return
We have a very clear and transparent 15(fifteen) days returns policy, starting with the day you have received the stone. If you don't like the stone, return it and we will refund your full payment by cheque or bank transfer. It is that simple! No exceptions. No discussions. No delays. There is no re-enlisting or re-stocking fee. The only condition is that the item must be returned in original unchanged, undamaged and including the complete packaging, documentation, certificates, free gifts, etc. Vat, lab charges are not refundable. In case of payments through Credit Card, the payment processing charges (5%) charged by HDFC Bank Payment Gateway are non-refundable. For payments through Paypal, No payment transaction fees are deducted. Replacement & Store
Replacement & store applies to buyer who confirms as the gems stone received in satisfactory condition and if in future the buyer wants to return the stone for any reason anytime, it will be applicable for the amount above INR 3000(three thousand). As the shipment received by us, our inspection team will inspect the item carefully and take the final decision on acceptance of the gemstone and the percentage of amount refundable or adjustable. Our inspection period is 15(fifteen) days from the date of receiving the package. After that the amount refundable is paid by cheque or net transfer to the customer or stored in his account. “Store” means the amount credited against a return of gemstone and will not be taken by customer and retain with us for future purchase by the customer when he decide to purchase.
Note:- Product once replaced cannot be sent for replacement again.
